Returns, refunds and warranties
The customer may request the return of certain products within the period indicated in these conditions. Returns must be requested in writing to: info@brisahome.com.
For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Custom-made, made-to-order products, or those that by their nature cannot be resold, are not eligible for return.
Once the return is approved, the corresponding refund will be processed using the method agreed between the parties.
Transport costs arising from returns not attributable to Brisa Home & Design may be borne by the customer.
