Brisa Home & Design sells furniture, decoration, lighting, kitchens and equipment for residential and professional projects.

Prices

All prices shown may be subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, transport costs or additional charges will be reported during the purchase process or in the corresponding commercial proposal.

Receipt of goods

The customer must inspect the goods at the time of delivery and report any incident as soon as possible.

Limitation of liability

Brisa Home & Design shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including logistics, customs, weather or force majeure incidents.

Applicable legislation

These conditions shall be governed by the legislation in force in the Dominican Republic.

Jurisdiction
